I just randomly walked in,not from the area.Ordered a medium pizza,fancied a side but made it quite expensive so stuck with the pizza,when ordering I was served by a lovely young girl who informed me that there was a meal deal for medium pizza,side and a drink which was something like £2 less that a single pizza.I was delighted and appreciated her taking the time to tell me.

Delivered to the wrong address, offered to remake food and a voucher for same amount only for the ignorant manager to ring me 20mins later to take back the offer of the voucher then lie and tell me thats not their policy despite them having done it multiple times before. Then lied and told me i was not offered a voucher in the first phone call. Offered a refund or remake the food ( 1hr after i ordered it originally) Worst attitude and customer service ever. Definitely shouldn't be in management or customer service. Total disgrace.

Yet again they’ve delivered a wrong order! With the increased prices you would have thought the least they could do would be get the order right! Wrong pizza toppings and wrong side delivered. So much for the “quality check” that someone’s paid to carry out.

When I went to pick up food there were people swearing everywhere across the place and my order was wrong
Lovely girl on the counter, friendly and helpful. Have to wait for 15-20 mins but worth it, a bit mean on the wedges on the meal for 4 though.

Placed and order for delivery not received after 2hours of waiting. After speaking with the manager on shift was advised the order was out with the driver after a further 30minute wait with still no arrival went back over to the branch with I closed down and staff cleaning the store. Will not be using this branch again.

1hr and 30min wait for delivery. Food was cold. Nobody answering the phone either. No apology from the delivery driver. Won’t be using them again.
