Have ordered from here loads of times and only ever had minor issues. However, just placed an order this evening and we are disgusted by both the food, the portions and the customer service.They got our order wrong so I called to explain the issue. The staff member who answered (male, foreign accent) proceeded to shout at me down the phone and more or less call me a liar, shouted over the top of me (my husband was almost getting in the car to go down to him due to the way he was speaking to me, it was THAT bad) and then pretended he couldn’t hear me anymore and hung up. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.The food was all incorrect; portion size, toppings on pizza, temperature. It was all wrong. It was cold and tasteless.Much better places in Carrick to get takeaway. Will never be ordering from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Food arrived within the expected time, hot and very tasty. I’d asked for pittas to be swapped for nans, which didn’t happen, though within minutes the door knocked again and a very apologetic chap delivering the nan…good service.Probably the best for this style of food in Carrick.

Love this place, the rogan Josh is amazing. Chips are always nice and crispy and even the delivery drivers are nice. Open really late on weekends too which is great

Had to send the order back as it came freezing. When it finally came again, no fresh garlic on the pizza and no chilli sauce side as requested. The separate salad was cooked in its bag and consisted only of lettuce. Had to remind the delivery drivers child to take the payment. Don't think I will be ordering again. A good workman doesn't blame his tools. I never asked for garlic sauce. I asked for FRESH garlic. Don't appreciate being called a liar here either. The child gave me the food and it was freezing so she was asked to take it back. Obviously I wasn't gonna take it into the house to have to ring and send it back, after waiting 25mins on it coming when u rang and said the driver couldn't find me on sat nav 2 mins around the corner. Food was stinking anyway
The staff are freindly and there food is outstanding but i ordered a pizza and fanta lemon this evening and the fanta lemon is over a month out of date , the pizza on otherhand was beautiful
