Went through the drive through after ordering online. Collected the order and set off home. Got home and realized that the burgers were wrong, fries were missing and a wrap was missing completely. Went back to the store and staff were so focused on orders and just eat deliveries that I felt ignored. After waiting several minutes I told the staff member the problem.I got no apology, no chat with the manager and when the order was replaced, it was still wrong !While I was waiting another customer also complained about items missing from an order.Getting an order right is basic, but this place has gone to the dogs and seems like a rudderless, managerless mess.

Absolute chaos every time I set foot in the place! Ordered online tonight, to collect via the drive thru, got there and was told I'd have to wait 20mins for my food so I parked up and waited. 25mins later and no food I went inside and was met with a bunch of blank faces, no one knowing what's going on in that place. Disaster. Will be avoiding in the future.
Have ordered 4 deliveries now not one of them came correct I decided to collect my last one not only was I and the other customers waiting 55 mins while the drive through got served straight away but my food had been sitting so long it was rock hard and disgusting I asked for a refund and was told we don't give

Always friendly staff,place is very clean which unfortunately you don't get in all KFC these days,again a good reflection of staff and management.Sounds a bit daft that you are complementing a food business on being clean but that's the way it is in some places these days.

This restaurant owner should seriously sort out his shop. Every time you go you get legs. No breast meat. They are taking the piss now. I ordered a mighty bucket for one all legs and 2 wings. Orders a fully loaded box meal and guess what. A leg and no lettuce on burger. They have been getting away with this for way too long. I would rather drive to Newtownabbey than purchase here again
