Called today at this excellent cafe with friendly, helpful, and professional staff. So much patience and consideration shown to our grandkids. Have been here before and will definitely be back. Food delicious and quick service with reasonable prices.....??

Very disappointed i came in for a sandwich . The meat was processed ..there was no egg...my friend got a scone which seemed to be from a packet. Won't be back.
I love coming into Rima's cafe, you are made very welcome.She makes some beautiful sandwiches and they are well presented. Cappuccinos are really lovely.You don't have to wait long to be served

Wouldn't go back. The staff were very good and helpful but the food wasn't the best could have been fried a bit more. It looked like the pancake wasn't fried at all. Sorry guys. Disappointed.

My daughter and I went to Rimis for the first time today. Menu looked good and wasn’t too busy.Waitress looked up as we arrived and we picked the nearest table and sat down. Twenty minutes later 2 other couples had been attended to and placed their order, the waitress walked past us both times to serve them. We waited another 5 minutes and then decided to leave, we went over to the guy who was making up orders and gave him feedback on the poor customer service we had received. He mumbled something about had no-one came over to us but no apology for the abysmal customer service. If this is how they treat customers when the cafe was half empty I would hate to go in when its busy.
