Decent coffee, not the cheapest, no toilets, staff suggested we use Wetherspoon's.

Misleading reviews led to believe dog friendly (a bowl on the floor outside doesn’t constitute), but very much isn’t. Owners should claim page and correct misleading reviews to avoid further inconvenience to potential customers.

Very good coffee!

Could not recommend enough. Rumours gave us Soup and a Panini. They were both piping hot and just what we needed for a cold Monday afternoon. Service was friendly and attentive.

Solid breakfast stop. Couldn’t be closer to the castle. Great views. Friendly staff.
Taking a walk around Carrickfergus, I decided to pop in to Rumours Coffee House for lunch. I was glad I did. I ordered soup and an Americano coffee. Before I sat down at a table, the owner made sure my table was clean. My coffee arrived at my table first and then a few minutes later, the soup arrived, served with two slices of white bread and butter. The soup - which was, I think celery soup did taste like it was packet soup. But nevertheless, it was good and a generous serving, too. With the coffee, the bill came to £6.95. All menu items are clearly displayed, but only the breakfast menu items have prices listed with them. There's a clear choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner courses on the menu, but if you want a selection of scones, biscuits or gateaux, along with a cup of tea, you could be spoiled for choice The owner and two other members of staff were courteous, polite and most helpful running this family-friendly coffee shop. I was asked if I'd like more bread as I ate my soup and as I left, I thanked the owner who then held a door open for me. How many other coffee shops would do that? I'd certainly recommend Rumours Coffee House.

We were looking for a quick lunch and a good coffee on a rainy day. We came cross this cafe for the first time. The friendly staff and delicious sandwiches really made our day. Highly recommended

Ordered a Vanilla Latte to go from a really polite gent and it was fantastic! I regret not ordering something from the menu, but I am excited to go back and try the food! :D
