Terrible customer service from both counter and delivery staff.
Ordered online and given a 35 minute delivery slot. Rang after 45 minutes to be told they were very busy and would be soon. I commented that they should make sure online delivery slots are more accurate and was given attitude that she did it correctly but more orders came in and pushed ours back.. then not her fault she doesn’t cook the food.
Delivery driver then brought food over 1 hour since ordered and told us to give the girl a break she only 18. I told him I hadn’t given her any attitude but hers stank.. he basically told me she was getting it from all sides and to give her a break. We told him the food was cold and he then told us to give him the food back and to go elsewhere.

Kebab meat was so salty, inedible. Also forgot a meal in my order and did not get an apology when I collected the missing meal, very poor service.

On this visit I ordered a pulled pork burger. And also a kids fish goujon meal. The goujons,which they call baubles were four in number and came with a small chip and a frozen slush drink of your choosing. The burger was so big and heavy and as I asked for extra bbq sauce became a huge gooey mess. I eat less than half,but more my fault than Smokey's. It is a clean friendly and busy place. Recommended.

We had Fish and chips from Smokeys tonight and it was delicious. I haven't enjoyed a fish as much in a long while.

Long term customer but no more, won't be back. Standards have fell this last while a lot. Got a delivery tonight, it was late 40 mins late, some of the food was cold, greasy as hell, sauce from one of the meals spilled all over the bag, tin of juice missing. Can't even be annoyed complaining. Pity you can't give no stars. All done.

This is a fish and chip,kebab and pizza place run by a nice Albanian family. This time I took a single cod at 4.50 stg. I was hungry and found it very good. The batter was thin and crifpy and the flesh was flaky and white. Not too long to wait and I recommend it fully.
