“Tried this place for the first time tonight and just have to leave a review because it was so good! Placed the order online which was super easy and within 2 minutes of us ordering, we got a phone call just to let us know it would be 10 minutes late. Customer service from start to finish was great, staff are so friendly and nothing was too much bother for them - even bringing our pizzas to the car in the rain without us even asking. Pizzas were lovely, we got a meat feast and the toppings were stacked. Garlic pizza bread was so soft and light. Will definitely be back!!”

“I love Mona Lisa Coleraine the owner, staff and delivery drivers are all very helpful, friendly and courteous and the food is always excellent.
I ordered a delivery but it arrived a bit earlier than I requested which didn't suit as I was waiting on my daughter coming home from work, this was not a problem at all the delivery driver apologised and took the order away bringing back a fresh one with a free bag of chips at the time requested. The owner also rang me to apologise. The level of customer service from here needs to be recognised and a few more places around town could learn a lesson from Mona Lisa. I highly recommend trying here if you haven't already. I'm a very satisfied customer and would've given more stars if I could. Well done Mona Lisa ☺️??”
