ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours, when I called to check the progress the order had been cancelled, when we spoke to the manager he stated that we had hung up 4 times, but i had not gotten any calls or hung up on anyone. He insisted we did so we just cancelled the order due to it being too late and we were having dinner in a few hours anyways. Only bad Interaction with dominoes other than that we normally have a good time with dominoes. (edit) hey yeah we tried to order again, manager was rude and thought we were prank calling, cancelled our order. Never ordering from dominoes again

Ordered 3 pizzas,got only 2 and also missing 2 drinks.Contacted shop,they checked my order ,apoligise and told me they will prepare pizza and deliver as soon as possible..waited for over 1 h 20 min,contacted them again-and they replied there is no missing pizza on my order....absolutely worst service ive ever received...very bad customer service...every time ive ordered anything in this shop,always was something mixed up or missing...but after service ive received tonight deffinatelly will never go back...shame on such a big pizza brand...

For a long time I hated this place but I got one tonight with my girlfriend and me and her love it the pizza tasted so nice I got a jalapenos and pepperoni pizza and my girlfriend got a bbq pizza and she loves the pizza I would tell people to go £17 so go to it.

Be careful with the way you order they would Rob you blind and smile and tell you to enjoy .Charged 9.95 for a saviour 7 inch pizza texas barbecue..just because I asked for that they decide to charge me for everything and not inform me that you in fact can get a 9inch small texas barbecue pizza for 8 pound . .so be aware of how you order .

Terrible customer service. Ordered a delivery pizza at end of May. Received a call from them about 10 mins later to advise they don't deliver to stewartstown area. Asked for my money back - still waiting for my money ?. Numerous phone calls and emails. Shocking.

Placed an order for collection via the app. When I arrived at the store, I stood at the till for longer than necessary waiting for a worker to come serve me. Whilst I was waiting, a worker was in plain sight, standing looking at his phone, he glanced up at me a few times and never came down. Then another worker appeared, he looked at me, then proceeded to talk to the worker that was on his phone, before putting on an apron and coming to serve me. I gave the name for the collection, and he went away to get it. He came back with two out of three of the things I ordered, and a wrap, that wasn't from my order, which confused me because the name for the order is always on the labels. I pointed it out and he went away again to find the right thing. For a "fast food" restaurant, I would expect quicker service, and better service by not bringing out the wrong items.
