whenever i went round the drive thru firstly they told me i couldn’t order what i wanted but that wasn’t the problem the staff were ignorant and not well mannered, the boy taking the money was fine but we got to the last window and the girls attitude was appalling she told us to park around the front to wait for our order…….little did we know we would be sitting waiting 20 minutes for 5 things when they eventually brought it out they forgot the fries in the bag and the food was cold even though we sat all that time waiting, i went back in again and got the fries that were missing and when i brought them out they were the wrong size after he red the receipt and were also cold. no napkins in the bag or with the drinks no straws i will not be back.

4 times I asked for a plain philly cheese stack and 4 times they got it wrong...either need to train your mong staff better or close the place down....seen a rat at the bins also..

Philly is scrumptious, everything you see on the adverts it is & does'nt fall apart when you eat it, delish! Staff friendly, fast service, nothing missed on order. It was extremely busy due to charity run for the air ambulance charity run, our order was large and we only waited ten minutes. The staff were friendly extremely busy and toilets clean. Well done best ever.Parking: Alot of traffic but it was busy, found a space in ten because they were getting orders out quicklyKid-friendliness: Loads of kids having fun!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy, I even saw a staff member hold the door open and help a disabled person with their order. Kindness costs nothing. Thank you

Terribly attitude from staff even though the order was wrong. When I rang back I was told to come back even though I had returned home after waiting in a long queue in the Drive Thru. I was unable to do that and at that stage the staff member became argumentative.
As always friendly staff and great menu to help with all food requirements

Everyone loves a cheeky MCDs every now and again, but this one really needs a good clean and it's food quality as much lower than other franchises, if that's possible. Always cold regardless of what's ordered, menu items often out of stock and order items usually missing or wrong.
