Im 75 years old and have eaten alot of fish and chips, in all of the these years, have eaten alot of fish supers, in my time ordered 1 this evenings, 28 02 2023. from the THE ORIGINAL GOLDEN BOWL COOKSTOWN boy o boy was this a fish supper, my appetite is not so good at present, nearly ate plate, and so thank you all so much for such a lovely meal and, MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS ALL OF THE STAFF, AT THE ORIGINAL GOLDEN BOWLCOOKSTOWN. Food is nice and tasty however I am getting really tired of chips missing from my orders and still getting charged for them. This is the 3rd time its happened now, its getting beyond a joke.

Really used to enjoy this place....ordered it 2 weeks ago was told 45min...arrived 2h later. Tonite new years eve phoned it at 6.00pm was told 1h for delivery. 2h later no chinese tried phoning them consistently but the phone is off the hook. Will never be back... the food isnt great quality either its my son that enjoys the gravy.

Good menu selection, prices good and portion sizes are very good, I had Chicken & Cheese Spring rolls (3 large rolls, ask for white chicken) they were lovely and a chicken curry was lovely, like some one above said it lacks customer service, it's very slow, you are left standing ages before staff appear, could be friendlier
Food took forever to come. Wee girl taking orders couldn't be bothered and couldnt hear behind a wall of perspex. Think i will give the place a miss next time
