I had to wait to pay for food, I was ignored by several staff. I was the only one waiting. Floors and benches were filthy. Not the nicest or cleanest of McDonalds. Won't be back!!

Achieved a new low last week. Even the tea was stone cold. Food is always cold in this franchise but cold tea was added to cold fries and an at best lukewarm burger. The male urinals needed cleaning and disinfected as they smelt bad. Clear lack of effective management. Workstudy required in the kitchen- plenty of pleasant teenage staff but staff do not wear name badges and the individual(s) in charge stay(s) out of customer sight in the kitchen. It can be very time consuming to try to get attention at the counter. Never improves and has seriously deteriorated this year.
Absolutely Shocking, every time I go to this McDonald’s I’m stuck waiting for a simple order, Waited at the window for my food for about 10 minutes to then get asked what was my order by a member of staff, i then get told to wait at the next window where i waited 25 minutes, there was plenty off staff working but they where all too busy talking, I then received my food to find they gave me the completely wrong order then brought it back to then wait another 15 minutes, baring in mind there was only 2 cars in the drive through and I only ordered 2 simple meals!!Too busy talking and no enough working!! Slowest McDonald’s in Northern Ireland- SORT OUT YOUR STAFF!! We go here because it’s so close to home, but you wouldn’t see this in newry or sprucefield

Frequently missing items of food whether that be picking up or having food delivered. Please make sure staff are checking receipts! This happens much too often. Food delivered is often cold too.If you order on the McDonalds app (to get your points) and the order is wrong in any way, there is NO way to contact your local McDonalds through their app to say it was wrong or ask for a replacement or refund. McDonalds app deliveries are delivered by Uber Eats so when you try to do anything about it on the McDonalds app it gives you an 0800 number to call to speak to Uber Eats, to get your refund. No replacement food delivery offered.McDonalds knows that by making their app unreliable and barely usable, plus giving their customers no way to get immediate replacements of missing or wrong orders, that customers will simply give up on getting a refund. They get to withhold your food and keep your money!

I've never been in a McDonalds before where the staff were so attentive to their customers. They were flat out but still managed to be friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Loads of wheelchair accessible spaces

The fries are usually cold here and the burgers lukewarm. Really excelled on this visit, though. Even the tea was stone cold. Has deteriorated more and more. The young staff are pleasant but the management standards are appalling. I suspect returned or rejected or not collected items are kept and handed out in the hope that customers will not complain. The male toilet was smelly. I cannot recommend this venue. Shocking drop in standards lately.

The most disorganised McDonald’s I have ever been at. Placed my order & paid at the self serve orders. Wouldn’t print ticket. Went up to try & report. Didn’t seem like anyone was in charge. Eventually given a ticket no. Then they started calling numbers after mine & another random worker just cleared the number of those waiting. Yet more waiting to try & get someone’s attention. Eventually got my meal. They seem to do table service but it’s all over the place. Avoid!!!
