Frequently missing items of food whether that be picking up or having food delivered. Please make sure staff are checking receipts! This happens much too often. Food delivered is often cold too.If you order on the McDonalds app (to get your points) and the order is wrong in any way, there is NO way to contact your local McDonalds through their app to say it was wrong or ask for a replacement or refund. I've never been in a McDonalds before where the staff were so attentive to their customers. They were flat out but still managed to be friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Loads of wheelchair accessible spaces

I had to wait to pay for food, I was ignored by several staff. I was the only one waiting. Floors and benches were filthy. Not the nicest or cleanest of McDonalds. Won't be back!!
