Cappuccino and hot chocolate were lukewarm. Sadly the initial response was to add some warm milk to it. To a cup with 3 sips taken, so of course this made no difference. After apologising about having to complain again, I was told the cup felt hot and no-one had complained before. They then gave me a jug of hot (not boiling) water to top up my drink. So as I drunk the drink I added the water. Obviously this still didn't work. Needless to say I left it. My friend's hot chocolate was also lukewarm but as she had to rush off she was able to down it immediately. On paying I was hoping they might say it was free...but no. We won't be visiting here again. Very disappointing service from who I believe was the manager/owner.

They have the best menu about. If in Downpatrick then this is the place to eat. Really friendly staff who are happy to have you slightly chang the menu choice and the portions are hugh.

We have gone here several times and I would give more than 5 stars!! Excellent food, good value for money. The staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I normally have a fry -which is so good and delicious no feeling of greasiness. I also had a milkshake on Saturday this was also super and they do all the flavours you can imagine!! Super place it's definitely best in Downpatrick and we will keep going back because it's a lovely treat.

Amazing cafe, has everything you need friendly staff and food is out of this world my little boy absoultey loves going here as its soo child friendly he gets the famous chocolate pancakes it's very clean and follows All covid guildlines which is very reassuring

Fantastic cafe, food excellent quality and brilliant portion sizes. Very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend it. We had 1 fry which was excellent and not greasy, 1 soup of the day (carrot and coriander) and salad sandwich, soup was lovely and sandwich was perfect on lovely fresh bread, and 1 kids sausage, chips and beans again excellent quality and great portion size for a kids meal. Place spotlessly clean and hand sanitizer on wall as you enter
