Could have been so much better. We were greeted by a friendly restaurant manager who could not have been more professional or helpful. Surroundings were excellent & the kids loved the dinosaur theme , but the chicken the poor chicken I don't know wat they did to it but it wasn't as the menu promised tender it was not, the server removed it from our bill which is why I'm still giving a good score. The ribs & sliders were perfect but the signature chicken strips are worth a miss, our server alluded to the factory it may have been under the heat lamps for too long. This is a lovely wee Dino Diner, if you love dinosaurs, you'll love it here!Came here with my boyfriend and being coeliac, I didn't have great expectations but was pleasantly surprised when we were told that most items on the menu can be adapted to suit. I ordered off the Christmas menu and our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was okay and safe for me! Food was lovely too!We really enjoyed our evening out as a couple but this is the perfect spot for families too!Dietary restrictions: They were able to adapt dishes to be gluten free for me.Kid-friendliness: Dinosaur themed, kid friendly diner :)

My husband and daughter attended this morning for breakfast the service was outstanding towards my daughter who has autism and Tourettes they accommodated all her needs and more thank you so much to all the staff who made this visit comfortable for my 6 year old daughter, also the food was fantastic ?

My parents asked me to write a great review for Dakota Bobs on their behalf as they have no account for tripadvisor. They had a meal here for the first time and stated the food was beautiful, prices were reasonable and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They even sang Happy Birthday to my father as it was his birthday, so that was a nice gesture. It was a lovely setting and decor and they will 100% be back here again to eat out. Dakota Bobs is also now on my list of places to try after it comes highly recommended by my parents. Thankyou for a great birthday meal for my parents, happy customers and highly recommend!
Went with our 4 kids for our anniversary meal; we were standing waiting for a table for a while before anyone noticed us and by the time we finally got a table the service was poor and the food really wasn’t great. My side was unavailable but I was only told this when my main was brought to the table so I couldn’t change my order. My husband’s fries had obviously been left sitting and were cold. It was virtually impossible to find any staff and when we did, they weren’t very helpful. I messaged Dakota’s afterwards but have been totally ignored. The whole experience ruined what had been a wonderful day; we definitely won’t be back.

First time here, but I don't think we'll be back. Ordered what we thought was a sharing platter, only to find it was one rack of ribs in a mediocre sauce, 3 chicken wings (who serves just 3 chicken wings ever?), a small corn on the cob, and 2 onion rings. Wouldn't have minded, but it was £22. Our side of garlic cubes had no taste whatsoever of garlic.Very poor value.
