Well another weird experience and no customer service from DOMINOES PIZZA DOWNPATRICK. How ,can anyone answer me, is this Dominoes in Downpatrick still open and operating. This is probably the worst run business in Downpatrick and continues to be so. It's obvious the staff don,t care but what about the owner. Do they know they might make more money if they got rid of the clowns that are running it. I,ve said it before and I'll say it to all again . You would be better ordering from Dominoes in Belfast. Delivery would-be quicker. Or just forget Dominoes altogether and order food from another reputable take away in dp and there are plenty that are good businesses and run professionally WITH a customer service. Though if your looking a messed up experience,delayed food,wrong pizza or delivered to wrong address then I highly recommend DOMINOES pizza in Downpatrick .

Food is nice when they make it right, but they regularly mess up the order. I’m vegan so I always order vegan pizza but they have given me real cheese and real pepperoni on a number of occasions - they always rectify it but it’s a hassle having to travel back or wait while they re-do the pizza but that means the families food sits going cold while I wait.

Asked for no onions and mushrooms on one of three pizzas. It was dropped and had to be redone- they put onions and mushrooms on it. The other two pizzas on the side sat getting cold while the dropped pizza was remade. I asked if this was the case and I was told no- they had all be made together- not true!! I stood and watched. One guy actually looked in the box and confirmed it was no good. Wondering if they would have tried and passed it off if it wasn’t that bad!! I’m sure they have cctv in the shop. Rang three times on the way home and no answer. Rang again when I got home. Was told that they don’t refund unless the items are returned. I’m sure it was my fault for getting the order wrong…..wasn’t it?? Won’t be back.

Never again, waited 1 1/4 hours for two pizzas that then arrived cold, and the loaded wedges were more like loaded cardboard mush, and overpriced into the bargin

Food took an hour and a half to arrive. When I phoned them an hour in they said it was on quality check which i had seen on the app but it had been on quality check longer than it took prepping and baking they said not to worry it hasnt been sitting out getting cold but it also had to go in the oven? They also did say they only had 1 delivery driver. However when the food arrived late it was cold. Was obviously sitting out the whole time. Poor customer service.
