Staff are terrific but struggling with new system- it is not working. I dread it now rather than look forward to it.

It is a McDonalds. So it is great if you like McDonalds, not so great if you don't. Tried the double 1/4 with cheese. Not bad.

The staff were very friendly but unfortunately my big Mac and the fries were tepid, overstuffed with lettuce and little else aside from the meat. As it was a take out I didn't want the hassle of going back. I'm sure they would have swapped them for me as they really were lovely staff but I was in a rush and just wanted to eat and go...

Closest McDonald's to us so not bad. Usually busy between 1100am and 2pm but still don't have to wait too long for food. Weekends are usually a mad house though.

Absolutely pathetic!! The servers were just so slow and we didn't even take table service?? My fries and nuggets were lukewarm and I just couldn't be bothered waiting for anymore!! The meaning of fast food is totally lost in there

Downpatrick McDonald advertise at the front of their building a double cheese burger with bacon for 99p (saver menu) however when you order you are charged £1.99 and staff tell you it is because you have to pay for the bacon....YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERISE A PRICE THEN GET CHARGE DOUBLE

Staff were more than friendly ,,, we are bikers, and really enjoyed the great reception we got . Nice that that level of kindness is still with us
Terrible service, zero customer care. Three minutes before 10.30 they were "still serving breakfast" but had nothing left from the menu and nothing was prepared for the handover to the next menu. I had to settle for a coffee. As I am waiting for the coffee they flip the menus over so I asked for a portion of fries. They took 15 minutes to arrive. Absolutely awful.

Slowest McDonald's in history. Spent 30 mins in a queue there and had to leave before I ordered due to running out of time on my break. Other customers where leaving as well and others complaining. Only two people serving and only one customer at a time. Completely unacceptable for a fast food out let. The iced drinks are the killer they take far too long. More staff needed

As usual it takes an age through the drive through in morning. One car in front but still waiting 10 mins for a breakfast wrap. Is this not meant to be fast food. Never coming back. Worst McDonald’s in the country. Staff simply not interested.
