Ordered at 6:30 and food arrived at 8 -each of the three pizzas was wrong. Replacement arrived at 10 when everyone was ready to sleep. Staff who we spoke to on the phone were really unhelpful and rude.

I love this place and their kebabs but they don’t have an actual phone number hard to get a hold of have ordered 2 takeouts in the past and the shop was closed doesn’t say on website or on Google when it’s open or closed. Ridiculous have been waiting 3 hours

Had some food out of here a few times. They have a deal where you can get a pizza, kebab & 2 cans for £13.50. Also the mixed kebab and chicken pakora is lovely. Prices are hard to beat compared to anywhere else in Downpatrick. Absolutely diabolical service, phone clearly taken off the hook, tried multiple times to ring and couldn't get through. Ordered food at 21:25 it is now 23:05. No avenue of communication to see what happened to our food or order! Will never use this established ever again!Shocking stuff!

Absolutely awfull terrible service, avoid!!!! After 2 hours of waiting the close the " place" don't bother to call or explaing, worse place in downpatrick to order food, disgraceful better if the shut down with a service like that!!
