Waited over 30 minutes for drinks when they came they were flat,no one came to check on us to see how everything was, when leaving to pay the bill we were given the wrong bill and paid for that bill to them be told it was in orrrrct and still had more to pay, with all the inconvenience we were offered one desert to take away considering there was 5 of us, the manager wasn’t much help and all the staff seemed under trained and laxadaisy, won’t be back

We went here for a family meal a few days after my grandad’s funeral. The food was really lovely and the portions were great for the price, we had the Sunday menu £20 for starter and main course. The customer service was great, the staff were very attentive and really friendly and nice to deal with. We really enjoyed our meal. The only issue was that a party of around 22 people were sat behind us and were very loud and boisterous, it made it difficult to hear each other and ruined the atmosphere a bit. If parties of that size had been seated in a private function room or something like that it would have solved that problem, but we can’t fault the food, the prices, or the service we received, it was great.Dietary restrictions: Lots of items on the menu were marked gluten free which was really good to see for those who need to avoid this in their diets.

Great friendly staff.Say at the wrong table at first.Maybe too many staff, often lined up close to our table and felt like we were being watched while eating.Plates removed very quickly. Asked for the bill but wasn't told just to go to the bar and pay for it, sat for ages waiting and had to ask again.Good was delicious!

One of our favourite places to eat. The staff are warm welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and priced well. Always a pleasure to dine there.

Ordered a white russian and they delivered the wrong drink. Charged me for the individual shots and a...sprite??? Told me that's how they do it in Ireland. It is not, all the other bars I have been to get it right. (They refused to take the drink back.) Charged £11.40 for it. Ridiculous.

Went here with my partner and had a great time! The food was a bit expensive but everything was delicious and the cocktails were amazing and they don’t over-ice them either (Classic mojito and mixed berry bramble pictured). The staff are all so friendly too; our servers were Maria and Chantelle and they were the sweetest ladies ever <3.Dietary restrictions: So many options if you’re gluten free :)

Lovely place, went there with my partner and they were very accommodating of us being on the autism spectrum. Service was incredible, so attentive and friendly. The food was a bit expensive but you got so much, it was nice. It’s a cute aesthetic little place with nice lighting/

Always loved the Bellevue but unfortunately the menu no longer caters well for vegetarians/vegans. Was there last night and there was literally one option for me, a veggie burger only suitable for vegetarians not vegans. I asked the waitress if there was anything else I could have, she asked the chef and he said “No” so a veggie burger it was! They used to do a really nice vegetable lasagne and mushroom stroganoff. It seems very lazy to have one vegetarian item on the menu in this day and age, no vegan option. Also no lift so my friend had to take my son out of the buggy and lift him up the stairs whilst I carried up the very heavy pram. Service was good and food arrived promptly.Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian or vegan, I would suggest avoiding unless you like a veggie burger.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibly which is dire in this day and age.

Food just really let the place down, from chicken caesar to gammon, nothing felt cooked right, nor did it really feel fresh after being over cooked. For the price there's loads of better quality out there sadly.

I would like to thank the bar staff (lady) who attended to everyone today she was so nice and was every helpful.I attended a funeral wake today and the food was so shameful and embarrassing,3 small dinner plates of sandwiches which looked like they had been threw on the plate no indication of what was in them.3 over sized trays with undercooked sausage rolls processed chicken and cocktail sausages which looked halved cooked. And a plate of shop brought shortbread. What was put out today I could of made for less than £80 not the price they charged the family just over £300.If that is what their catering service fine acceptable for a funeral I'd hate to see what they serve/charge at weddings or other functions.
