We went here for a family meal a few days after my grandad’s funeral. The food was really lovely and the portions were great for the price, we had the Sunday menu £20 for starter and main course. The customer service was great, the staff were very attentive and really friendly and nice to deal with. We really enjoyed our meal. Great friendly staff.Say at the wrong table at first.Maybe too many staff, often lined up close to our table and felt like we were being watched while eating.Plates removed very quickly. Asked for the bill but wasn't told just to go to the bar and pay for it, sat for ages waiting and had to ask again.Good was delicious!

Great place ,staff were very welcoming had quick drink downstairs in bar ,then upto the restaurant where we had booked a table for the 3 of us,great views as we were lucky to have a window seat ,again great customer service I had the garlic mushrooms with salad which was very good portion tasted great,and had the turkey ham roast with mash vegetables and roast potatoes, gravy which was lovely too highly recommend if in the area.many thanks.?❤️
