Been in and out of said cafe for a good ten years now. Time was when I could manage to get a seat where I wanted. Not much now, as over the years, especially when schoolchildren (with rucksacks & computers) crash in, it looks more like a classroom, with me being told - by some pupils with two tables and three free chairs - that 'They're taken'...but realise the seats will not only remain vacant, but they will get moody and full of attitude if anyone (over the age of eighteen) actually - after watching the table for over a certain time decides to just return to the table, where person in question is playing games either on his computer/cellphone.

Oh dear, really slooooow service, along with a restricted choice of eats, followed by clearing the used crockery off one of several filthy tables (to be fair, the floor was filthy too - do you see a pattern developing?). On taking the used cups, etc to the counter on a tray and standing while wondering where to set them, one of the counterstaff eventually 'did us a favour': "Hey, I'll take that off you!" The favour didn't extend to wiping the table. Went and got an extra chair for the table and settled down to drink my large cappuccino. Tilted the cup to my mouth but struggled to find something to drink. Spooned out the foam and chocolate dusting (I asked for cinnamon) and was greeted by a half-empty mug. But it's okay, it was made by a trainee - that’s alright then, NOT. On draining the mug it also had lots of little black spots adhering to the inside of it. A memorable visit for all the wrong reasons.

Nero definitely does some of the best coffee in this area and majority of there food products are pretty good. The atmosphere is really good with sometimes a full house with everyone chatting. There service is not the best with sometimes only 1 person at the desk serving people.

Fully negative. I was order today from this cafe.They didn't send the cakes and refuse to get money back. I was have to go back to cafe and said them they have give anything else or get money back.And when I come back they had almost everything what i was order but to lazy to put in the bag. In the muffin which i get that was staple. Inside the muffins which child gonna be eat, the good think i was find it before child get it. Fully negative !! And of course refuse to get back money for delivery.

Nero definitely do excellent coffee but this is marred by sometimes appalling levels of cleanliness. In some branches used crockery sits piled and uncleared on tables. Tables are rarely cleaned and if they are, it's in a slapdash way. Food scraps and crumbs frequently litter the floor and seating. Please do something about these issues

My favourite cafes in Holywood, the staff were all very friendly and it is always filed with people (especily on warm and sunny days) the only downside is that the wi fi is slightly patchy, but I don't use my smartphone much while I am in there. All in all a wonderful experience.Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe doesn't have stairs to it's entrance, making it very friendly to wheelchair users. The toilets have handlebars as well.

I took my 87 years old Mum to have a coffee with me. I ordered sausage roll in french pastry for her and coffee for myself. After few hrs. my Mum started to feel very sick and she still is?She has a food poisoning! Someone has to check the products they are selling and teach them how to make a proper coffee!!!

Coffee was good. Tables, floor and toilet not very clean. Staff didn't come out to clear table often which resulted in us tidying our table before sitting down and we watched others do the same.
