Pizza ordered at 21.33 still no delivery at 22.40 phoned back to be told order had been put through as pick up by mistake. Asked about free pizza as order was for than 30 mins. Was told no . Asked for refund was told had to speak to manager. Finally got manager and had to ask for refund was told hopefully refund should go in after the weekend. Shall never use domino's pizza again. Terrible service.

Collected my pizzas on Saturday night one pizza was good second was horrible emailed dominos with photos they where not helpful at all stay away the food is not consistent at all

Store manager could learn some customer service from her young colleague, this staff member we were told was too young to use the oven yet not too young to have manners, be polite, empathetic and apologetic. The 1 star rating is for her - arguing with a customer over a pizza being cold is not a good service .. it would probably have cost you £4 to replace the pizza but instead decided to be rude and patronising.. great service!

Waiting over 1 hour 30 mins for delivery phone up to be told that they can’t make deliveries because of a parade so if I didn’t phone and ask about my order I’d be sitting hours yet , Awful customer service
Decent pizza, I mean it's Dominos you know what you're getting. The convenience of their app is absolutely the best selling point for Dominos, let's be real. I've never had a problem with ordering or delivery before, from reading the other reviews I'm actually surprised.That being said the staff in this Dominos are awesome, from the staff at the counter to the delivery drivers I've never had a bad experience. The wee lunchtime personal pizza suits me very well.The owner should fix the front door though, had to open it for a few people before but now it looks like it is jammed open?Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan & vegetarian options.Parking: You could park a football field in front of this Dominos.Wheelchair accessibility: Access for Wheelchairs, door might be jammed though.

Didn't come within an hour! delivery driver gave order to random person who approached the car.. Should always be delivered to door.. Had to wait alot longer for this to be rectified!! Overall experience was poor
