Fantastic meal cooked by Marty & his team, you'll go far to get a better meal for the same value, clean toilets, friendly staff and a well stocked bar and lounge make it a great place to go! (Even has its own snooker room, and a lift from the ground floor to the bar/restaurant on the first floor

The Stove

I visited today and was met with a friendly welcome. Nice to have table service instead of having to order at the counter. I ordered the small fry and I have to say the service was so efficient and it was the best fry I’ve had anywhere. The lady came to take my order and asked if I wanted my coffee now or with my food. Makes a change from most places that just give you the coffee straight away without asking and then it’s cold by time food arrives. The fry was lovely, good ingredients and not a trace of grease to be seen. Also very clean toilet. There’s a number of cafes in Larne but I’ll be back to this one.

Stable Stop Browns Bay

We stumbled upon this oasis while out cycling around Islandmagee. Delicious homemade sausage rolls, cakes and coffee. We had a puncture and the kind Owner helped us get back on the road. Lovely people, great food and drinks all in the picturesque setting of a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend.

steadyeddie Noodle Bar And More

The staff is really friendly. The food is so tasty and everything is so cheap. I was surprised when I paid in the end so little for lots of food, desserts and drinks. Highly recommend this place!!

The Wee Cafe and Bakery

Lovely quiet wee cafe. Fry items are all made in store, the pancake are amazing!! Tasty tea, lovely staff, would definitely recommend you check this place out. I also picked up a cottage pie to reheat later for dinner. Very tasty!

Lovely, friendly staff & good atmosphere. Great selection of sweet treats (& a side of fresh cream if u can take more). Large portions. Nice wee pot of tea or coffee of ur choice.Parking: Easy enough to park & not expensiveKid-friendliness: The staff are really friendly & kids are welcome

The Crossways Bar

Lovely wee country pub...great ambiance and a big warm fire to greet you. The staff was very friendly and the locals had plenty of tales to tell. A must if you are out searching for a few geeky pubs in the hills.

The Rinkha Ice Cream and Toys

An amazing shop! Open all year round, and with their amazing secret recipe ice cream, not to be missed. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!Parking: Parking area on the right hand side of the building.Kid-friendliness: Children are most welcome, while the parents are buying the ice cream the kids go and look at the toys.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry level with outside ground.

The Station Bar

. . . Came out of Larne station , tried to phone a taxi but none available , tried four company's but could not get a taxi for the two of us and bags , time 5 pm , , , ? ? so went into Station Bar beside the train station and DALE behind the bar got us home via a friend,. What a great guy and I mean great ! ! . Just wish we had more like him walking this planet . I've turned 80 and really really appreciate his kindness . . . Thank you !

The Gobbins Cafe

Brilliant breakfast a really authentic Ulster fry with proper potato and soda bread ,staff all excellent ,replaced my daughter in laws full fry as it had gone cold as she had to take an urgent telephone call. Spacious ,airy ,plenty of room for the young grandchildren to play and also educational ,wonderful morning. Could not have made a better breakfast myself . Lovely play park outside and some beautiful art work in the gift shop.

Beautiful pub/diner just outside the pier or larne and the bar staff are soo helpful and lovely - highly recommend…. Even let us in the back terrace with our wee pooch ?

Absolutely delicious meal on Mother’s Day at lunch time. Staff were fantastic, not put off by the busy atmosphere and high pressure. All 4 of us cleared our plates. The Madras chicken burger and spiced cubes were unbelievable- hope to see that as a permanent menu item!

Macs Chippy Larne

For anyone coming to Larne you have to experience Mac's Chippy. It was absolutely delicious. The burger was the highlight of my trip, this establishment needs to be rated number one on trip advisor for things to experience in Larne. The bun was perfection, the burger was exquisite, the onion ring was magnificent and the sauce was to die for. As I am writing this review I am reminiscing about the first bite of the burger, then the second bite and sadly the last bite. Now I am getting upset as the burger is ate and I will have to wait to the next time I come back to Larne to taste this burger. Farewell Mac's Chippy, I will always remember you.

Tried pizza and kebab in the other night..the kebab portions were really big and pizza was delicious and the food looks freshly made.worth trying.will try again..recommended5 start

Absolutely gorgeous good. The shop itself is so big and spotless clean. The guts who work there are very friendly and professional. The food is amazing, nothing greasy all delicious.o will definitely be back and recommend it to any one.
