We waited about 20 minutes in line. There was no food left and they served us the wrong drink.

On the day I visited the M&S cafe at Sprucefield I was assisted by two lovely, pleasant and friendly women, Maggie and Chloe. Their bright manners and willingness to engage with customers made my morning a very pleasant experience. I would certainly go back next time I'm in the Centre. Thanks, ladies. Well done.

Coffee isn't great, though call in occasionally as it's convenient when shopping in the store. I've noticed over the last few months that the size of the ciabatta bacon role is getting smaller and smaller. To the point today where it arrived and was what I would consider to be no bigger than a canopee. Price remains high, and my wife wasn't impressed by her choice either.Come on, catch yourself on and bring back food at good value and quality.

Terrible coffee - bland & coldImpersonal service - felt like an inconvenience when orderingAwful position for "cafe" - its a busy site so loud stock trolleys & high ceiling = very noisy zone.Very disappointing

Tea served in a paper cup which I detest, staff are lazy and tables are filthy and not cleared.

Nice enough coffee but service was really slow, tables hadn't been cleared or wiped and we were asked about our order 3 times as the server kept forgetting

Really disappointed with M&S return policy on childrens clothes. I brought back a 9-12 month baby girl dress with tags still on and even though there was a 12-18 month size available their customer service would not let me swap it to a bigger size because "its outside the policy return date"

I love this store. Everything is such high quality. Would like to see a distinct organic section though. Especially in fruit and veg. The food is just so wonderful here. Love the beauty department also.

I have visted the main cafe on a few occasions recently. Last time i was there i had a clear view of a little storage area where the scones where kept. One worker went in to load up a serving container of scones and wore gloves and used a tong. She was followed by another female worker who wasnt wearing gloves and loaded the scones with her bare hands. 10 minutes later this ssme worker was cleaning up with a dust pan and brush and then back to load up more scones bare handed. No washing in between at all. Today the sames worker noticed crumbs on a plate at the serving table and brushed it off with bare hands. Another worker walked past me wearing gloves and just as she passed she wiped her nose with her gloved hand! Yeuch!

Marks and Spencer always works for me as I can get my exact size in cloths, great store and customer service

Not a good experience and not what you expect from M&S. They never have any hot foods when I’m there and there were limited sandwiches. if you’re a very plain eater, there’s cakes, tray bakes, croissants and scones. To drink they had a limited selection. Glasses and knives were really badly stained from the dishwasher to the point the glasses looked like they hadn’t seen a dishwasher.

Terrible staff in cafe. Older lady with light straight shoulder length hair was rude. Ignored us to begin with then avoided customers so the young girl had everyone to deal with. Order was incorrectly made and things missing. 3 Trips back up to rectify things was not a good experience. Food was forgotten and left beside other people's drinks. Cold and hard by the time we had to go up and enquire then just handed to us with no apology and no concern. Utterly disappointing and I will actively discourage others from M&S

Visited again for refreshing tea stop, quite busy but moved quickly, had very welcome pots of tea, nice and hot so as can top up cups, the teacakes were well toasted and plenty of fruit, not just heated, makes all the difference.top marks today.

A great venue for the older generations to enjoy in the afternoon but also a kid friendly spot with a good range of food available but it is a bit pricey on the other hand they do have great quality food.
