I love this store. Everything is such high quality. Would like to see a distinct organic section though. Especially in fruit and veg. The food is just so wonderful here. Love the beauty department also.

I have visted the main cafe on a few occasions recently. Last time i was there i had a clear view of a little storage area where the scones where kept. One worker went in to load up a serving container of scones and wore gloves and used a tong. She was followed by another female worker who wasnt wearing gloves and loaded the scones with her bare hands. 10 minutes later this ssme worker was cleaning up with a dust pan and brush and then back to load up more scones bare handed....read full review

Not a good experience and not what you expect from M&S. They never have any hot foods when I’m there and there were limited sandwiches. if you’re a very plain eater, there’s cakes, tray bakes, croissants and scones. To drink they had a limited selection. Glasses and knives were really badly stained from the dishwasher to the point the glasses looked like they hadn’t seen a dishwasher.
