Absolute joke! Never give dips with nuggets and/or Motzerella sticks when they come with them. Always dress burgers that are customised to plain...awful

Can be slow, often doesn't have items and gets order's wrong lot's of the time. The drive through can take a long time

They seem incapable of getting any orders right

It's alright, but the common problem with McDonald's in Northern Ireland is that it's not very celiac disease accommodating

Dietary restrictions: It is not very accommodating to celiac disease. Apparently, it's too expensive for mcdonalds...

Absolutely vile food was freezing

A lot of the items were unavailable but what we had was good and the staff were friendly

everytime i go here without a doubt the order is wrong. multiple times in a row i have ordered burgers and they have not come with anything on them bearing in mind i only asked for 1 sauce removed . just a rush to get people in and out.

Delivery said would be here by 7:40 time just keeps changing by the minute don't understand as it usually doesn't take this long

I ordered a mc chicken sandwich add cheese and they gave my a sandwich with just chicken and cheese no sause or lettuce it made It taste no so good

I can’t believe how angry I am !!!
It’s becoming a source of major stress for me ordering from you via just eat .

And they are not answering the phone ! We are still trying to ring . So far thirty times !!

They are saying their drivers have nothing to do with it !

I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and understanding !
Another night - after a twelve hour shift- that people in our family will not have what they ordered !

I’m Swedish and have also lived in England .. never ever have I experienced anything like this !

Decent mcdonalds

absolutely shocking place! every order ive placed has not once been right , you could spend your whole day ringing them and still not get any answer they would nearly be better putting the phone in the bin ! and the one time i finally got an answer they told me they coudlnt do anything as its not there own couriers that deliver and i would have to contact uber eats even though they pack the orders up so clearly theyre own mistake ?

Not so fast. Seems to happening more often having to move and park up in bay

Don't think there's anything you sell that's fit for human consumption anymore... even my dogs show zero interest in your burgers ??

Pure plastic n chemicals just.

Enough said.

Cheese burgers had no pickle on them.
Mayor chicken was not wrapped properly and had come apart in the bag.
They were not busy at this time
