The food was ok just, and the place was busy with two staff members standing chatting while other staff members were flat out. Toilets seemed like they were not cleaned all day, and It was a must to hold your breath while being in there while your nose was stinging with the smell.
The food was nice but the ordering process was awkward as i was paying with cash but still had to order via the self service unit but had to cancel payment and choose to pay at till instead of just ordering at the till. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but some of the staff were borderline ignorant speaking to customers and snapping at them to tell them where to stand etc.. the restaurant floor was a shambles with customers standing everywhere waiting for food for take...read full review
