Awfull service. All staff are very young and don't have a clue. Never get my order right! Delivery times are ridiculous can take up to 2 hours! Won't be eating here again

ordered quite a few times from here always said it wasa lovely wee chippy alas one nite they got the order wrong sent the wrong burger 3 times phone to complain was answered by a very rude member of staff then heard shouting inbackgroud tel them to f... off i ask to speak to manager he rung me didnt even appologize just gave me a refund nxt time we waited 2 hrs for delivery which i may say order was freezin by the time we got it i believe in givin ppl the benefit of the doubt so went to order again only to be told they wud not deliver to my hse because we wrote a bad review about them this place has went down hill big time use to lovely but ive read & heard so many bad reviews so il take my trade like most ppl now somwwer else also management needs to train the staff to treat customers with a bit of respect manners as its ppl like me are keepin them in a job also manager needs to learn to take critism if he cant do that then hes gonna end up with no customers at all its a pity too because it use to be a lovely place to order from

Delivery time is shocking. Waiting well over an hour after ordering online. Collecting your order is def a better option.

Got fish and chips here and the portions are massive and great value for money, it all tasted amazing too. We will definitely be back again.

Was really let down with the ordered food for the whole family to sit down and eat with each other got some of the meals spuds was lumbyWhen i phoned about the missing meal it took a hour for the missing meal to GET hear not happy for a Sunday meal with the family
