all the employees had ADHD and were all severely on the doal. food was pure billy burger poo but im fat so i still give it 5 stars. i had tones of diarrhea after eating there mashed potato combo with a drink of milk. i would recommend their chicken popcorn as although i gained stage 5 dyslexia from eating it. while i was their a worked hughie Muldoon. he came up to me and kept trying to force feed me KFC beans when i refused he locked me in his car boot and took me to bellaghy to the Seamus Heaney center and unspeakable things to me.

Had the worst experience ever today at this KFC!! Got a hot wings meal and my chicken was raw! I went back to advise them of this, but they argued black and blue with me that I was wrong that it was not raw! I was treated horrendously! I got a refund but will be reporting this to health standards on Monday! Thank go I took a photo of it!! Should be shut down!

Quality of the food has increased dramatically, staff are utterly useless, there is 0 professionalism from anyone in the building. Can never trust the drive thru to be open to or even near the time it should be always closing whenever they want. Let cars que to the main road for 45 minutes just to tell them at the ordering machine we have to close the store. Utter disgrace, perfect location, and as I said the quality of the food has absolutely improved. Granted the staff cook this food but honestly if I was the franchisee I wouldn’t be able to stand these staff letting me down like this.

This KFC is questionable. their food quality is different every time I have been, and in terms of the service, I have never seen the same employee twice, and it seems they all just don't want to be there.This one is hard to review because it's constantly changing. However, going to this KFC location isn't a bad idea, but just get ready to roll the dice and see what happens.Vegetarian options: I know they offer vegan options. I'm just unsure what they are exactly ?Parking: There is free parking at this KFC. However, if you need more parking, there are 2 more car parks literally next door to KFC.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no required stairs, and ramps are available.

There was a big queue when we went to KFC, which made us feel that the food had to be good, which it was. Apart from the long wait to order, it was an enjoyable visit, and we would definitely go again for a treat.

This place does not open until 1pm on Sunday despite what google says, also they had no “on the bone” chicken despite being kfc and they also cancelled my online order. Very disappointingVegetarian options: Awful

The BEST KFC I've visited in Northern Ireland - mind you, it's a a pretty low bar! Fries nice and hot, chicken okay, service fairly good. Have been many times since.Parking: Plenty of free parking around.

Me and 3 others of my friends got food from here, 2 hours later we all have now felt sick as a dog, the food was horrific and I don’t think I will never eat at this establishment again, the gravy had white bits inside of it and didn’t taste normal. Never will I be back. And we are all violently ill and and my friends number 2’s are like liquid.

So it get 2 stars for customer service by virtue of the fact they didn't give us a hard time for using the toilet despite we only went to the drive through and eat in our food in the car park.Food was disappointing. Dry. Tasteless. So bland? I'm assuming it has to be a one off for a chain restaurant!. Hopefully just the wrong time on the wrong day.

Inedible fries cooked in oil that was too old. Fries were soggy and bent in the paper bag. No salt, no napkins. Took ages to receive this and a drink. The full choice of drinks did not appear on the self-service screen so opted for a last resort. It was ok.

I usually eat kfc in Derry but called in castledawson best 3 price original meal I’ve had in years far superior than Derry and clean and fresh toilets Derry owner should call in for a look
