Twice I’ve made my order and asked for full salad and repeated my self but they’ve left it out

My mum ordered from here 11th May 2023. She collected and once home realised the order was missing 2 of the sausage super meals. She phoned them to say that the order was missing 2 meals. They didn’t apologise and then said they would send them to her (living 25 minutes from shop) by taxi and that she would have to pay for the delivery. She said that she shouldn’t need to pay for the delivery as they had messed up the order. The employee on the phone then suggested that the next time she was in the shop she could get the 2 meals then. They took note of her name and agreed to this solution. My mum went to the shop on 4th August 2023 and brought the previous receipt. She explained what had happened previously and what their employee had said to her. They said they didn’t have her name on records (didn’t even look), laughed at her and said that it was too long had past for her to now get these meals. Terrible, awful service and would highly advise to avoid.

the round food container for the kebabs do not hold the heat ,so unless your going to eat the food within 5 to 10 mins of it leaving the shop its going to be cold, I wouldn't blame delivery drivers for cold food as the old containers kept it warm.

Such a bad service and food is disgusting, got my food 2 hours later, after I been told it will take 10 mins for it to be delivered, food came cold and not fresh, paid money for disgusting, cold food. When i let them know about it, they just read my messages and ignored ...Don't get there anything, every year they get worse and worse!!!

I order 6 chicken wraps home, after delivery I checked the order and there was something else, the employee when asked to talk to the boss hung up. They did not refund or exchange my money for the correct order. I do not recommend.

I ordered two mixed kebabs on rice with salad through the website. The portion size was excellent and I loved the range of veg in the salad. Really delicious meat and house sauce. My only issue was we ordered online, and most other kebabs in the area (Golden Chip, Mossas, Papa's Kitchen, Sphinx etc.) cover the kebab with a good amount of house sauce, here we were given very small pots of house sauce in the bag. However, when I realised it was quickly made to my (house sauce loving) taste by a member of staff. Can honestly say after trying Sunny's it is up there with my favourite kebabs (and I love a kebab!)
Ordered food for delivery for family of three. Food was not great, very disappointing considering the price. We together spent £50 (including delivery) got order wrong, forgot some of order and food was not great. Overall very disappointing. Not how they use to be.
