The "panini" I ordered came in a French roll that was as hard as the stools we were sitting on. And 9£ for a fry. Do they just make these prices up? Worst experience I've had for lunch in a long time.

The waitress was rude and very pushy about how we ordered, we stated that we were all paying separately and then she proceeded to lecture us on how she thought we were paying all together. A person who I was sitting with stated she wasn’t ordering and she very rudely shouted at her ‘excuse me’ then afterwards she shoved between two of my friends, not happy with the service.

The lab was a great place when it opened but has started making there items cheaper like orange juice and menu and items are expensive but service is good

Not be back, the lab burger not fit even for a child, it was so tiny the bap was twice it’s size, I asked for chicken and got beef, definitely not worth the money.

I love this place. Service is fab and the coffee is amazing!! As someone with an intolerance to dairy, they have been very helpful, knowledgeable with the menu and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.I love their smoothie bowls and dirty chai lattes! I
