Today we came to Graphite for work reasons, although it may not seem like it (lol) and we received a 10 out of 10 attention, with excellent service, very delicious food, and customer service that has impressed me a lot and has made me day, and that's coming from someone who's been a waiter for a long time. I am very grateful to the fellow waiter who served my colleague and me, always attentive to us, these types of workers are those who make customers return again and again, keep it because there are few of them. I wanted venison Med Well and was told the chef will only cook pink. I am a chef myself and cooking med well venison is 5 minutes extra to remove blood without any toughness happening. My 4* is just for the arrogance of the chef.

Lunch on a Saturday. Sat down just after opening. Food was really good, the short rib donut was beautiful. Fishcake was great, a good spiced carrot soup and a spiced riced pudding. Good service and good price. Now it was very popular with families and the amount of young children and babies took the noise level to very high. However the food was so good, that I would revisit even with the playground level of noise from the small people!
