Can't complain at all about the food here, have had several meals and all are delicious.Only complaint I have is the seating area seems to be constantly closed currently meaning can only take out, nice if you want to sit at the beach and eat on a nice day, not so nice when that's not an option

Nothing completes our trip to Newcastle without herrons chicken and maids ice cream.. As usual food was great, staff were friendly and we were in and out of store quite quickly..

Girl on till really needs to learn how to be pleasant to customers. I actually couldn't believe how rude she was. I actually heard someone upstairs comment on it too so it wasn't just to us.

Awful experience every time, im now no longer spending my hard earned money at this place! It’s a joke the attitude from the staff members can be smelt from Kent arcades. Atrocious service my two month old son has more personality. Asked for a fork and it was as if it was coming out of the fellas wages, i would have paid for it if needed. The man with glasses and dark hair has the most horrible attitude towards all minus the blonde co worker, i guess he’s not nasty to friends then! Horrible trip overall. For such a nice town the people working in this joint do not reflect on the town of newcastle Co Down.

The prices go up and the quality goes down.It's sad to say the chicken is getting drier and smaller and they have changed either chip supplier or how the chips are cooked. They are not nice anymore, like little bricks. The chips look the same but aren't. Also good luck getting salt, napkins and a fork! Used to be standard and now hardly ever. Poor show Country.

We decided to get dinner on our way through Newcastle and stop at this fast food establishment. We purchased for £18 a chicken kebab and a chicken wrap meal. The word chicken should not be on the menu for these because there was basically none. after queuing and ordering we were informed that there was no red onions or tomatoes. A quick walk to Lidl would have fixed that. Poor experience of poor food.. will def not be back

Food was OK, but asked for salt,got 2 sachets between 4, had to ask for forks had no knives, didn't get napkins and wen ask fir more salt napkins and forks got begrudgingly given them by a grumpy member of staff a overall bad experience

Went in and ordered food for my mates and the member of staff was very particular. Made a comment about me to a customer as I was leaving the place. I rang the phone the next day to make a complaint and I assume it was the same guy who answered "whats the craic" don't think I'll be eating here anytime soon
