Went for lunch with friends was intending to come ages ago. The food was excellent. Staff could not have been friendlier and helpful we will diffinitely be back. We had a selection of starters Scampl and Seabream and a platter of lovely breads.Parking: Parking spaces next door at spar.

Genuinely never been more disappointed in a meal.I was really looking forward to eating here as I've heard a lot of good things about the food at Mourne Seafood and I must say when I went there to eat I was let down completely.My partner had ordered the seafood chowder and it could've passed for potato soup. It's actually an impressive feat to make a seafood chowder not taste of seafoodI had ordered the langoustines and they came whole, uncleaned with the intestines full of feces. You get about 2 mouthfuls after you clean them up yourself after spending 15 minutes doing so.The fish and chips I'd had were bang average at best, nothing impressive. I've had better from chip shops for nearly half the pricePersonally I won't be back again.

Outstanding dining experience! Staff were amazing. This is the best fish restaurant in Ireland. We were a party of 4, 4 starters, 4 mains, 2 bottles of wine and 4 Brambles, fantastic value for very high end food! Fabulous cocktails. Can't wait to visit again.
We stayed in there accommodation next door, nice and clean. The restaurant was so busy, Saturday night, the atmosphere was great. Our waiter was good fun too, we were a table of six and he had us laughing all night. We had a mixture of starters, all very pleased, oysters and Scallops were amazing. We all had different mains too and tried amounts ourselves. All very generous portions and delicious. We didn't have desert as everyone was to full. Great Irish coffee and the house sauvignoun was great. Thanks Mourne Seafood Be back soon Tom

I was with a group of friends on a weekend away that we do annually. It's hard to catch up properly during the year, so we like to make these trips memorable. And Mourne Seafood Bar was a standout! Service was brilliant, a massive shout out to Aidan especially, food fantastic and venue beautiful. Everyone felt like Mourne Seafood was a real highlight of our weekend. We will definitely be back. ??

Soo disappointed! We travelled quite a few miles to get there..Was a cold atmosphere when we walked in, tables like in a school dinner hall. 1 loo which we queued for even though the place was empty. Food was ok but to be honest couldn't wait to leave! Think we were there 30mins..dont understand how it's so highly rated??? Card machine wouldn't work..had to pay cash. Would never go back!

Food was absolutely superb.The staff was struggling, they need at least one extra server. Our main course took nearly half an hour to arrive. We had to get our own dessert menus, then get a server's attention to order. They were very pleasant, but there were not enough of them to provide the level of service expected.
