Ordered here loads , last time was there I sat in a ordered two messy fries , one was brought after I asked about my other one and I heard the chef shouting in the back she didn’t even order two , left it at that I then ordered a delivery today 2 hours I rang 40 mins after it said it was out for delivery and the person said it’s delivered then rung again 30 mins later to cancel and they couldn’t as it had “left and nearly delivered” , once I finally received the food it was freezing and the chicken was burnt

Just ordered 2 chicken burgers told they had no salad.. No mayo only red onion. So got them home baps were burnt. Chicken was cremated cheese was like rubber never again don't waste your money

Orderd over £50 of food for delivery, was told it was delayed twice. After 3 hours from original order time i gave up. Never recieved my order and was informed a day later i would not be recieving a refund. If i could assign negative stars i would.

Ask for food and every single one of the workers told me to F off because one day I came in hammered and the boys in blue came and picked me up but I may have can’t really remember done a poo on their counter overall 5 star review

The order is so wrong so often it’s more of a raffle than an organised business. Back to dominos moving forward the pizza we got tonight had two bases and half the toppings. Literally couldn’t have got it more wrong if they sent us beans on toast

Awful service tonight. Phoned an order of pepperoni pizza and messy fries. Was told to collect after 25 minutes. Intentionally left it longer because as a regular customer I know that orders are NEVER ready for collection when they tell you it will be. Arrived at the shop after 45 minutes and pizza was STILL not ready. Didn't leave the shop with my complete order until 55 minutes after it was phoned in. Upon returning home the messy fries amd chicken were stone cold because they had been sitting ready whilst the pizza was STILL cooking! Had to be heated in microwave!! Pizza only had 1 slice of pepperoni per slice. Absolute disgrace! 3rd time in a row now our pizza has been like this. I only live 2 minutes from the shop and have always been a firm believer in supporting local businesses but this is now the 5th time in a row I have been let down by them for one thing or another. I have always given them yet another chance to redeem themselves but tonight will be the last time I give them my trade. Would've been better throwing my money down the toilet!

I would like order a 4 pizzas size 16 to my flat.I live in horizon building (bt15) it’s a 1.2 miles distance from shop in Whitewell Rd.Exactly 3minutes a car.Your worker don’t wanna accept my order because she sayIt’s to far.Manager Christina say, I have to ring to antrim rd store but store is closed.Antrim rd store is 1.5miles distance from my flat so it’s a really nonsense.You treat the customer nice especially when I am regular customers but today I don’t have a car.
