Decided to treat the kids with a McDonald’s and get it delivered even though I live a few minutes away. Order arrived in good time but with food missing. Tried calling the ards branch. No answer, tried the app and it gave me Uber eats number which said a refund will be given in 15 days, told them I didn’t want a refund and that I just want the missing items. Drove down to McDonalds. Manager came and said that they don’t do refunds. Told them that I don’t want a refund, I just want the missing items. The manager told me to contact Uber eats. The madness of it all. The bags were sealed, the staff member said that maybe the Uber driver ate them.For my daughter to get her food, I ended up having to buy another meal. The female manager that was on tonight is a complete and utter b&@tch. Try telling a kid that the meal she’s wanted all day isn’t with the whole families and the deal with a girl on a power trip, blaming everyone bar a simple accident in the kitchen. A simple sorry and here’s your missing items.The young girl will have a steep learning curve if that’s how she talks to people.Told the kids that we won’t be going near ards McDonald’s. I feel sorry if that manager speaks to a younger crowd with attitude as I could see her being pulled out the window. And these managers are the ambassadors for the brand of McDonalds.

Joseph is an unbelievable member of staff who always has great customer service and a smile on his face even when he has to leave orders out to cars in the cold weather!Vegetarian options: they are brill LOL!

Passed through the drive through to order a double cheeseburger, with no ketchup and no Mustard, requested to add mac sauce and was told by the lady on duty that they don't do that. Yet, every other McDonald's, including this one previously had never an issue with doing it. Terrible service from the lady at the window, who through in a less than pleasant facial expression as we exited through the drive through. Can't comment on the atmosphere inside.

Midday on a Saturday... It was extremely busy but not impossible. The printer did not print a receipt for my purchase so getting the food was a little tricky but we got there in the end. The food order we received was incomplete and due to how busy the restaurant was we did not challenge this as we had already waited so long. Unfortunately my son and I are unlikely to return as a result.

We had a meal here yesterday. Food was standard McDonald's, obviously. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't get cutlery for my salad but a member of staff brought me some. Ordering is easy with the screens. Our granddaughter had a Happy Meal, which came with a Little Miss toy, which she liked a lot. Good for taking children to.

When it comes to home delivery, there are big downsides, because I live very close, 10 minutes away by car, but I get cold food 3 times in half a year and the delivery takes about one hour and 20 minutes. It's very sad that after receiving the order, it is made immediately and then waits for an hour until the delivery arrives and then the customer receives cold food. and it is almost impossible to write a review on an app or other website and it is very difficult to call

Firstly ordering the food in the drive-through the cashier was rude. I then continued my order and ordered a 9 nugget meal. When I got to the window to collect my food the staff member handed me my food and asked myself to check if it’s what I ordered. They had given me 6 nuggets to which they said I had only ordered 6, before I could speak he had already closed the window. After waiting for him to open the window again he accused me of only ordering 6 as it’s what the receipt said and blamed myself for “ordering wrong”. After back and fourth refusing to give me what I had ordered, even after me saying I’ll pay for them again the manager, who was also rude handed me them. Im disgusted.
