Cleaner than Starbucks which is starting to resemble a student's union. Actually had to tear one of the kids off the sticky armchairs there. (Starbucks, not Costas they're lovely and clean)
Expensive just like all coffee chains but this one is the best. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A great place to visit if you like your coffee made for you and it tastes like it's supposed to.....

Better than average Costa with really helpful, efficient staff. It was busy when we were there but the queue was kept moving efficiently and yet staff were courteous and attentive. Quality beverages and good enough selection of snacks and pastries too.
