“I rated 5 as this is my favourite place in Northern Ireland I live in Belfast so I visit regularly the hotel is OK it really needs love and attention modernisation needs to happen we arrived at 2 to be told to come back at 4 as room not ready not really a big deal as there is plenty to do”
