Congratulations on winning pub of the year by the industry, no question why. Very great place for a family, friends, and to take a lovely date. Really thought they were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place, seemed to be short on staff, food was good, though a bit disappointed that with the bar's name there was a lack of New Zealand wine or anything. On saying that I would go again

With the bold claim of having the best bar food in portrush, we were feeling optimistic. However, the food was rubbish. The chicken goujons were dripping in oil, the salt and chilli chips had enough salt to cause a heart attack (see picture) and the “salad” as stated on the menu consisted of a singular piece of limp lettuce. Do not waste your time.

Popped in to watch a Euro 2024 qualifying game and enjoy a Guinness at £5.40. The only bar in the town showing the game. Probably why the others were almost empty? The bar was busy with most patrons enjoying food. Lot's of empty plates suggesting food was good. Makes me want to visit again for a meal.

The best burgers Portrush, great staff and the entertainment is varied. From sports to singers and comedy brilliant night out. Ps its not overly expensive either.

We had the Italian pizza which was delicious and filling enough for two people. Nice beer selection and friendly staff. We sat in the upper dining area which had more light instead of the dark downstairs. The burgers also looked good. Seemed to be popular and good value.

Have been looking forward to visiting this place but came away upset. Our food order was wrong and the waitress mumbled under her breath that it was what we ordered (rudely ) when we had not ordered it. My 18 year old daughter was then embarrassed when a bar man came over to our table and asked her for ID, then called her “man” and took her drink away (obviously thinking she should have stubble!) When I approached the bar man to let him know that my daughter was not a man and was 18 he was rude and turned his back. Toilets were filthy and stank of stale urine which was unpleasant. Food was OK but not worth going back for and unfortunately I will not be back due to the rudeness of staff. A real disappointment

Pizza, burgers, dirty fries and hot wings.....spot on! Pizza was very good with a lovely thin base and hot wings were exactly what you would expect. I will definitely go again. I would try to find somewhere more quiet to sit next time, that's not a criticism, it's just what I prefer.

A fantastic bar with a great selection of great tasting food. There was a great atmosphere with live music and live sport on TV.

Bang on for your bucks! Great food, great atmosphere and great craic. Go to place to get a table and food without the hassle of waiting or feeling rushed. Kris and his staff can’t do enough for you. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Well what can one say, as locals to the area we would normally not venture in to Portrush during Easter but thought we would give it a go this year. Kiwi's has always had a good reputation during the busy holidays for looking after its customers by being family friendly orientated and great little all rounder - not a place to go if you are looking for a brawl or drunken weekender!!!! When we arrived there were 2 door staff at the front and the bar was a pure delight to enter, it was pretty much full of couples, friends and families all enjoying food, music and the craic - not a lager lout in sight! All the staff were pleasant and friendly as where the door staff who were exceptional in keeping the bar a friendly and safe place to be in - rather than outside with the usual carnage. Hats off to the sensible doorman- and women- we had a great Easter relaxed in the knowledge that we were not likely to get a bar stool fly over our head LOL! Would definitely recommend Kiwis for being the best managed, family friendly place to go in Portrush. Excellent food, music, staff, and of course the playhouse upstairs! 5*****
