Pubs • “Beautiful old traditional Irish Pub. The Guinness was amazing, perfect pour, perfect dome, creamy and thick with a perfect taste. I am a Guinness Snob, and although I was only in Northern Ireland for 5 days, and was only able to try the Guinness in the local areas of Bushmills, Portrush, and Belfast. This was the best pint of Guinness and Pub I had been into.I wish I could have gotten the Barmaid's name to mention her here, but which ever-lovely lady was working Monday 4th September 2023 at about 3:30 pm, you were an artist with the Guinness.Highly Recommend this Pub to any Guinness drinker or anyone who wants a nice place to catch a pint in a beautiful traditional pub.”

Pubs • “We started our evening off the little Bar in the snug.. which was true to its name.. open fire in a little nook with historic pics and awards associated with The Harbour Inn and the RNLI. Bar staff and locals super friendly and after some sublime Guinness we opted to move into the Bistro for what turned out to be the best Fish pie ever! Chef and serving staff friendly and efficient .. every dish being expertly prepped and checked before being served. Open wood fire grill added to the ambience. Moroccan lemon meringue to share which like the fish pie was huge and utterly delicious.”

“Visiting the area from Glasgow and ate at a few establishments over 5 nights we were there and the Quays was the only place we went back to.Fabulous varied menu with big hearty portions and the quality was superb.Had the pit pork on the first visit and the daube of beef on the second. My wife had the chicken burger and the excellent bird n beef the next night.Service was top drawer, friendly staff who were up for a laugh. Would highly recommend the Quays if you love great quality ingredients beautifully cooked. You will leave stuffed.5 stars establishment.Peter. Elderslie.”
