Excellent food (as always) Worth a visit every time we go back home. Wonderful meal. A tad expensive, but the standard of food is 5star. See you again soon.

Loved the buzz in this busy restaurant. Easy parking. Really friendly and helpful staff. Quick delivery of food and drink. We had Haddock, chips and mushy peas, was excellent. Not too expensive. Would go back no problem.

We had a late dinner here when we arrived for the weekend. Always a great atmosphere in the Ramore but coming slightly later was much nicer as it wasn’t as busy and the view from the restaurant when the sun was setting was fantastic. As always the food was great. You decide what you want the. Order and pay at the bar so when you finish eating you can just get up and leave. We shared nachos to start and I had the winebar burger which was a burger with chilli chicken bacon and cheese on it. The chips were amazing too. My wife had chicken goujons and fries and we shared the bacon and cheese loaded fries. Staff were efficient and friendly and worked very hard.

We had been here before and the food was lovely but on this occasion which was for my husband 40th the food was horrible. I not be back especially price We paid for what we got and we all as a family have spent most of night running to bathroom. Mine actually tasted off it was that bad.

Poor overall and massively overpriced considering quality of food and portions. Both portions of bang bang chicken we ordered where extremely dry, chewy and tasted reheated, we could only eat half. Staff didn't care much when I reported it. Should have went elsewhere! Won't make that mistake again.

Awful! Food came out approx 2 mins after ordering, making it clear that the food was just reheated. Then we had food missing from our order which took ages to come. Staff weren’t great and food was SO expensive for the quality/service. Won’t be back! It has gone down hill MASSIVELY

First time visiting here after hearing raving reviews about the food and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. £13 for goujons that look like chicken sticks from Iceland and had to pay extra for a side of chips. The place is seriously overpriced and these “homemade goujons” definitely were not home made but bought in from suppliers. The tables are very close together and I could barely get out and in as I didn’t want to hit the table beside me. Staff seemed clueless as both sides of us tables had missing sides and when questioned staff they were confused and kept having to go check the kitchen. This happened multiple times.

The Ramore was always one of my favourite places to eat but on Saturday night i said i would never be back. The Food prices have increased dramatically, you still have to set your own table and clean the cultery before you do so!! The sides of chips came out and the bowl disgustingly dirty on outside. Not worth the money!!

I am writing this review in good spirt , in the hope that it will be read and taken on board by management. I have been going to the Ramore for years and it was always exceptional - however Sunday , going with extended family for a celebration , we had the most disappointing experience ever! The prices have went through the roof in essentially a self service restaurant , with no clean cutlery , mediocre food and very young inexperienced staff - Please Ramore , find your way again !!

Absolute disgrace of a place. Just home from an evening at a restaurant I love. Saturday 19th of August.. firstly waited 40 minutes on our food while other tables who came in after us got their food (bearing in mind we ordered 2 simple meals). Asked the supervisor about our food 3 times, yet just kept passing it off to others. One of the supervisors was supposed to get back to me about when other tables ordered.. no response (sat away and avoided us the rest of the evening). Coming from a restraint / catering background this is a disgrace. Staff needs to get their act together and treat customers right.

Ordered the goat's cheese brushetta from section of menu marked as vegetarian. It came with salads which I thought tasted unpleasant and didn't finish. At salad bar later I could see label on one said it's dressing was fish sauce. 2nd person I tried to speak to about why vegy meal had been served with this, came back from kitchen to tell me that I should have specified I wanted my vegetarian meal to be vegetarian. Trying to make out that their incompetence was my fault. I said that having ordered from the vegetarian section of the menu I understood that my meal would be vegetarian. The waitress said she knew where I was coming from but I should have told them I wanted it vegy. I explained that I didn't think she understood at all where I was coming from and what would have happened if I was allergic to seafood? Explained that having been a vegy for 32 years I'd never know anywhere where you had to specify you wanted the vegy meal to be vegy. No apology at this point. I then had to ask what could be done about my meal- no response, so I explained that I should not be charged and that they needed to change their approach to vegy food on menu. Tried to ask to speak with manager- didn't happen. I did get a refund and an apology which felt very half-hearted. This should have been offered straight away as soon as I pointed out the issue to them. Will never go back. Left feeling unwell.

Booked a table on Saturday night at 7.30pm in the Wine Bar. The place was packed (which is great for the business). On arrival we were told our table wasn't ready if we wanted to wait at the bar. 45 minutes later (8.15) we were taken to our table. It then took a further 20 minutes to order food at the bar as it was so busy, at which stage we were also informed that they had sold out of the fish curry one of us had ordered. Starters arrived within minutes but the mains (after having to enquire) didn't arrive until just before 10pm (an hour and 15 minutes after ordering)! - so table booked at 7.30 and our mains arrived at 10pm. At the time I would have said that the party of 4 enjoyed the food when it eventually came, but having ordered 4 different dishes we discovered the next day all four of us felt very unwell during the night and the next day which I expect was to do with the food. Won't be back...

Ordered the chicken bang bang. Chicken came pink inside. I asked the waiter to replace my order as the chicken was pink and obviously not cooked properly. The waiter who was about 7 years old told me it was the lighting and then said it was a vein in the chicken. I said a vein would not make the chicken completely pink inside and he said if I get you another one it could be pink because of the veins. Won’t be back for fear of food poisoning. Very disappointing.
