We as a family had an absolutely terrible experience in Strabane Mc Donald's on bank holiday Mon. Our main food came and was ok but when we went to order Mc Flurry's it was awful. We waited a full 20 minutes and when they came out they were already melted. We asked for them to be made again and when they came they were not the right flavours were not correct. We asked for a refund and left with 6 very unhappy grandkids. Assisted manger was not very helpful ? ?

Food is good when it's right but most days something is missing from the order or something is wrong. Staff are happy to help and rectify issues.

nice spot although at night its only drive thru ? kind of weird but what if you had no car but were in desperate times . Food was alright i guess.Vegetarian options: not the best in the world but sure its better then nothing

What you would be expect, clean tasty food that's not good for you in large quantities
The food was cold, they forgot some of my order I had go back in to collect the rest of my order, then the caramel latte was just coffee and also cold had to got that changed so all and all not good, very disappointed, it will be a long time before I will be back.

My daughter ordered 6 nugets but when she opened it they only gave her 5 but charged for the 6 we were too far away by that time to go back
