The staff here were the best iv seen at a mcdonalds curious helpful and table service was true table service with a smile , more than can be said for the disastrous sister restaurants in derry , staff are so much more helpful and cheerful and get the orders correct, having had so many unhappy visits to their derry partners this was a refreshing change so much so I felt the need to write this review . Pls keep up the great service and smiles folks not easy I know but a great service...read full review

I like going here as it is handy to where i work. Staff friendly and the food is good. My only problem is the drive thru seem to have priority over the inside customers. When the drive thru is busy and you want to sit in, you will need patience, a lot of it.

I stopped for a coffee. the two ladies keeping the place clean Wer first class. the place was spotless. tables. floor. and glass windows and doors wer gleaming. so hard to keep a place like MC Donald's clean when so many people come and go. well done ???
