Very unimpressed. Used their website to book a table for a Wednesday lunchtime (when their website says they're open) for a family birthday and got a confirmation email. Then, 24 hours beforehand, got another email asking to confirm the booking so I did. Imagine my surprise then when we rolled up and found it was shut. No answer to phone. I emailed to ask what was going on. Five days later no response.We went to Dirty Bottles next door and had a fine time but we won't be bothering with the Black Swan again...

We stayed here Friday and I Absolutely loved this place. The staff Louise and Olivia were fab. Location was brilliant pubs and nightclubs few doors off. Room was clean bit small but other than that I have no faults. We recommend to anyone. Thank u black swan from Emma and Charlie

Really good lunch here, nice surroundings & atmosphere. I had the lamb roast, came with plenty veg, good gravy and a side of cauliflower cheese. Partner had a vegan katsu curry which she said was really nice too (hard to please!). All in all, decent lunch, good value and quick service.
