Google keeps asking me to review McDonald's, but personally, I try to avoid it! ?Mainly because, McDonald's are all pretty much the same. I've lost count of the amount of McDonald's I've had food from around the country, and no one particular one is any different ?‍♂️I've waited ages for food when they are busy, I've had cold food, wrong food, missing food, and coffees that are half full at multiple McDonald's. At the end of the day, they are a fast food outlet, and if anything is wrong, I take it back and get another. These places never change, so my expectations are low. Check your food before you drive off or walk off, and if you're not happy, get it replaced.5 stars as they meet my expectations.Parking: It's quite a small car park, and this McDonald's can get really busy. You can, however, park on the road outside the McDonald's, or even better park at Lidl around the corner where there's loads of parking ??

I have already rang the ashington restaurant regaurding crew member Jordan who was out front , he was so helpful and kept everywhere tidy in what was a very busy period . Above and beyondI always enjoy my mcchicken sandwich as today didn't disappoint.Always a friends atmosphere at the ashington store .Parking: Car park locates outside storeKid-friendliness: Interactive tables foe the kids ans paper and crayons available . Happy meals as always , availableWheelchair accessibility: The store is all one level , wide doors and disabled toilets .

Seemed to be more interested in making the just eat delivery guys a priority than serving walk in customers. I hate using the touch screens and waited over 5 mins for someone to acknowledge I was waiting to be served. Not very impressed to be honest.

Busy.... it is what it is?‍♂️. Look at the food compared to the picture advertising it ... joke... and why is the service so slow compared to what it used to be? Waaay too expensive nowVegetarian options: Go somewhere else

Visited Ashington to view a vehicle at a nearby showroom. Sadly the town is somewhat run down and investment seems to have escaped this place. McDonalds offered a quick meal before our return. BOY this place is busy.A wonderful member of staff came out to talk about our wonderful Dachshund bot 'Charlie' super friendly and knowledgeable about these wonderful pets.Food was fresh and hot and tasted like a McDonalds usually does...

Nearly every time I have ordered as a take out, they have got the order completely wrong or missing more than half my order, I know its not down to the delivery as they have already been packed before given which can only be down to untrained staff, poor management or too busy. When ringing to notify the member of staff that answers the phone are very rude and put down the blame instant to the delivery. Even going through the drive thru is the same, however at least they are polite when speaking to you through the window.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We ordered three McFlurries and had to wait nearly an hour. We asked and were told that there were some issues with the machine (not unusual) so we waited patiently. However since we waited nearly half an hour more we decided to question a staff member again, only to find out they forgot our order. No apologies which is just out of order.
