New menu is a mess, Cheese Steak now a panini style, which basically means fully sauced wrapped in paper and popped in toasty oven.Doesn't toast sandwich but seems to get hot enough to fully liquidise the Chipotle sauce, which fused the paper to the, can we still call it a, sandwich and formed a puddle in the bag which is now all over my desk.Well played Subway well played

Absolutely disgusted In the salad I've just bought. It's safe to say it would not have filled a toddler. Service so bad nothing prepped. You would think with 3 members of staff you would be organised. Should be ashamed serving this as a salad was not enough salad in it to call it a salad and definitely not enough to fill even a sandwich. Damm disgraceful

Not customer friendly at all, I made an order of a footlong subway and a tango 1.5litre but only came with the subway, i then rang them and the only thing the man who pick at to say was I have to walk in to get it. This message is for him, I paid for this delivery mister

Asking for a "track and trace" app for a non-dine-in experience, an over the counter takeaway, for something that is not a legal requirement, is a hard no from me. I suggest renaming this franchise "Sub-par" at best. Seem to forget the public who lined their pockets in the first place. Would suggest a more friendlier service from across the road at Greggs or Couplands.

Placed an order through just eat. Recieved a text saying subway had cancelled my order as they had tried ringing me, which they hadn't. Rang the restaurant to find out what had happened, they stated they had rang 3 times(they did not), and that they had no brown bread. They told me to reorder with white bread. I re ordered and they cancelled that order aswell. I will not be using subway again in future as this is the second time this has happened.
The food is really nice however they need to sort out drivers, and if they don't have any they should say collection only on just eat instead of ordering and waiting until after your order is confirmed only to find out it's had to be cancelled. I know this isn't their fault but I feel like they should have Just Eat up to date for whether they have drivers or not.

Ordered a sandwich which came with not even a sprinkle of cheese. Dirty knives were being used which were then wiped with dirty hands to cut the sandwich with. Drinks machine is flat and warm as anything. Wouldn’t even rate a star.

That’s twice now that I’ve placed an order through Just eat... we’re trying to shied! ... why on earth put yourself on just eat then cancel people orders almost half an hour later saying you have no drivers to deliver?So disappointing! Your food is always so nice..

On just eat as open but won't confirm my order. Took money out but no one is there. Not answering phone. Been 30 minutes still awaiting confirmation. How do I het a refund?. Can't cancel order either.
