Brilliant menu, delicious food, excellent service, tasty real ale and altogether charming experience. if you want to experience cooking and eating as an art form, this is the place to go. We had a really memorable meal tonight and con't wait to go again.”

“Music night Saturday and we had a couple of Pizzas that defeated us. Should have just had the one. The Porter on tap was excellent and owner super friendly and saved us a table. Dog friendly with lots of dogs there. The place was very busy and vibrant with locals. Great to be in a pub doing well. Would recommend, the food is not haute cuisine but sturdy pub grub.”

“Ordered food for take away this evening having heard really good things about the menu. We all opted for burgers which were banging!! Decent smash burgers are hard to find especially in our little village - these did not disappoint. Decent fries and a lovely homemade coleslaw. Great quality and decent value for money. Will definitely order again.”
