The food was spectacular as well as the service and atmosphere. This quaint little country pub is well worth a visit and has become one of our favourite places to eat. It’s a little hidden gem.

I love everything about this place. The food is exceptional . How can they make a plate of pasta taste so good? This was our sixth meal here on Sunday and it certainly won't be our last. They do a cracking traditional Sunday lunch for meat eaters too. Top marks.

Absolute gem of a pub. Been trying to get there on one of our trips to the Borders and finally managed. Well worth the wait. Menu excellent, food great and service excellent and very welcoming. Not a vegetarian but went for one and glad I did.
