Have to concur with quite a few of the reviews on here about the general non welcome and odd atmosphere from the owners.Never been here before, probably won't return.First impressions count for so much.

Amazing Antique shop in the village of Ford. Such a diverse range of items for sale and well worth a visit

Arrived today around 15.15 having driven 30 miles especially to visit the Old Dairy. Were met with a very unfriendly “we are closing shortly. You can have 15 minutes to take a look round.” This is despite advertised 5pm closing time. Been here a few times and never get the feeling we are welcome.

Nice champagne bar with wonderful views

Been a frequent visitor to this place and spent quite a bit of money buying over priced items that I liked, I alway gave old smiler the benefit of doubt not anymore though, owner / host is most ignorant person I have ever met, stuck up and not very welcoming at all, if he wasn’t so elderly I would have reminded him of his poor attitude but I was brought up better so left without saying a word. Makes you wonder why such a horrible person would want to deal with the public when he clearly loathes the paying customers, all very strange

Great range of antiques, bric a brac etc. and very hospitable owners. Beverages and snacks available. In a beautiful countryside location.

Cafe no longer open but take away coffee available. Antiques shop is fairly unremarkable & underwhelming.

Get a bargain in this fantastic place make sure you take cash. They don't accept cards. And the marmalade is fantastic

Was saddened to see how shabby and run down The Old Dairy looked on our arrival. Most of the little individual units have gone. The beautiful cafe area is gone. We travelled from East Lothian to visit, as we used to be regular visitors and it was always a wonderful day out. Sadly I wouldn't waste my petrol to go here now. Not sure if they are winding down the business or what- but its not what it was. Its very rundown inside and out with no atmosphere.
I was surprised not to be able to pay by card for an item costing over £100. Not many people carry large amounts of cash nowadays and even fewer people carry a cheque book ( the other option) Disappointed that I couldn't make my purchase.

They are serving the best sweet potato soup with homemade soda bread at lunch time. The cafe atomosher is almost like time traveling. It's very heartwarming cafe. There is a vintage collector's shop next to the cafe. I definitely want to go back after lockdown.:))

Well, we were advised to come here and it's certainly worth popping in if you are in the village - not sure I'd make a special journey to visit. The antiques/bric-a-brac are worth a browse with quite a few inset outlets set up in the stable loose boxes along with more (larger) items the main area. So, as for the champagne, well it is certainly available and the views from the raised wooden benches are impressive but this place is an eclectic blend of themes. Going there for champagne wouldn't have been my first thought, though I'm sure some will!

It was dreadful, never felt so unwelcome in an antique shop.Overpriced tat, seen better in a charity shop. They should be more friendly to their customers, the saving grace was the young man who appeared before we left.I do spend a lot of money in places I likeNot here. ☹️

This place sounds lovely normally but I'm doubtful they'll survive covid with their approach. Booking required. Rude, paranoid employee. No family welcome. In this economy businesses will have to do much better to please their customers. I won't be returning which is a shame because I buy a lot of antiques.
