I'm not in this store very often usually go to Carlisle superstore which is always well stocked, this one in Blyth is shocking the shelves are empty the floor has empty cardboard boxes sitting on it and nothing is in the correct aisle, I can not fault the staff in the store as they have a difficult job to do. The pharmacy on the other hand is absolutely atrocious the staff in there have only two speeds! I called in over Christmas for some particular painkillers and eventually left empty handed after all 3 members of staff had seen me and not even moved as soon as I left they came out and served the person who arrived after me. Also think extra training may help when someone goes in and ask for a medicine pot and they have no idea what one is!

It's an Asda superstore with facilities found at others, it well comes all including those that cannot park their cars properly and cannot return trolleys. The best clientele are the aisle blockers who stand and chat so you can't get by.Self serve is always busy at peak with closed traditional tills adding to the wait.Men, don't expect to buy clothing there if that's your thing, choices are worse than our government makes, better to be a secret cross dresser as women's fashion is huge there.

Ok get what we need. Not enough staff on tills most of the time tho. Asda definatly has the best loyalty scheme. Went in today and one of the veg staff hit my disbled pqrtner with a black tote. Im sure it was an accideny but she could of verry easly knocked my partner over, if this happens again ill go put in a complaint to the head office.

Used to be a pleasure doing the shopping here but really gone down hill over the last few years. There is always something either not in stock or not replenished. Continually moving things around which really P's customers (and staff) off. I'm going to Sainsburys in future.

This is my local Asda. It's always a pleasure to shop here. They are currently reorganising the store (at the time of posting), so items can be a little difficult to find sometimes, but the staff are always more than happy to help. The only issue I have is with the availability of certain stock items, from time to time, but the same can be said for any large supermarket chain. I will continue to use this store as I always do.

Has to be the worst store I've ever been in. Now I know shops like a change around every now and then. But it's been weeks and Asda still are playing hide and seek with their products . Cereal in the fizzy pop aisle etc . Absolute joke and don't get me started on these pirates putting the fuel costs up on weekends
