Absolutely horrendous. 1 hour late food was cold. Rang the shop as soon as the driver dropped it off and they said we were wrong that food was hot. I've had warmer sandwiches. Stay away from this place still waiting on my call back

Why anybody would order from this restaurant is beyond me. Order food at half 7 for it to arrive at 10pm. Spoke to the restaurant on several occasions who assured us they would only be 5 minutes. Food finally arrived freezing cold and by this time I had lost all appetite. Will not order from this place again.

Payed £15 .50 for my order on Christmas eve at 6 pm said would come by 7 then said was delayed till 8.30 rang up at 8.45 still in kitchen being made then I waited 49 more mins and rang back was told still in kitchen being made so I told them this is not good enough as it's not far from 10 pm I want a refund and to forget it so I put refund request in on just eat to find out today they flaming took my money said my food was delivered so annoyed

Waited over 3 hours for my order to never turn up. Called twice for them to say it was in the kitchen or on its way yet got nothing from them. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I understand it is busy but 3 hours after the estimated time of arrival I’d expect some kind of communication from them to tell me they aren’t fulfilling my order or are going to be significantly late

Order was over 2 hours late and was uncooked in the middle. scraped it into the bin and claimed a refund from deliveroo. when i rang for an update after 1 hour they said “be with you in 30 mins”. we rang again after another 45 mins and they said “we are going to start making your food soon”. it was very late and obviously rushed out the door since it wasnt fully cooked in the middle. worst chinese we have used in Blyth. wont use again. avoid !

AVOID! Prawn crackers were literally stale. All other food was either bland or when it had a taste it was disgusting. Don’t understand how this place is still open with whatever their serving.

Absolutely disgusting do not order, prawn crackers were stale, ribs had no meat on just bone, fried rice was rock solid and chicken was pink on the inside. I rang and complained and was told its meant to be like that. Will not be ordering again.

we just spent £65 on food! come thick of oil and grease, meat was solid large spring rolls come slopped in the bottom of a paper bag in a bath of fat! it went in the bin waste of money! do not order from hear went right down hill used to be a lovely place to eatI WONT BE BACKdelivery was over a hour wait…..
